All class bookings must be made through our online booking system via our website or app. We do not accept walk-ins.

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.

STANDARD LAGREE GROUP 

These sessions are perfect for those who thrive in a group setting, drawing energy and motivation from fellow fitness enthusiasts. Each session is structured as a comprehensive full-body workout that aims to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Our certified trainers guide you through a sequence of exercises performed on the Mini Pro. Each Lagree class should be a challenging yet rewarding experience that pushes your limits, maximises the time your muscles are under tension. Every muscle group gets the attention it deserves and leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident. Our trainers provide modifications for different fitness levels and injuries, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their Lagree experience.

LAGREE PRIVATES, DUETS, TRIOS

These sessions are all about you - your goals, your pace, your progress. Our certified instructors personalise your fitness experience and tailor it precisely to your fitness aspirations or rehabilitative needs. We work closely with you to guide you through each exercise and adjust as needed to ensure optimal form and performance. This is beneficial for individuals with specific medical conditions or injuries, as the sessions can be adapted to accommodate and address these needs.
