While Lagree SA does not currently run its own instructor certification programme, we’re building a community of passionate, skilled trainers who want to bring the method to more people nationwide.

 

When there’s enough interest, we’ll organise an official Lagree Instructor Training right here in South Africa, led by a Master Trainer certified by Lagree Headquarters.

You don’t have to plan on teaching to join.
Many people complete the training simply to deepen their practice, refine their technique, and gain a richer understanding of the Lagree method — even if they never step in front of a class.
